HIPAA: decrypting entries aren't working

    The entries arent decrypting for any form and we have patients in office mad we cannot see them because we are unable to view the form submitted.

    First and foremost - please, take our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have.

    These days our HIPAA servers have abnormally high traffic. It is the reason for the temporary issues.

    As I know, this problem has been solved already.
