Display issue with form load rating scale

When the form loads on my site, prior to the star rating scale displaying I get a short but very noticeable flicker whereby I see the number 1 with a border instead of the star icons.

You can see it below. Are you able to tell me why this is? Can it be removed? I would try and hide it with CSS but although it is on screen for about a second it's too quick to isolate it in the code.

I have tested your form and it seems okay on my side:

Probably the issue related to the speed of opening the form.

I have cleared your form's cache. It might fix the problem.
