HIPAA form: unable to show or download submissions

    We work at Gastroenterology of NE GA and we are having alot of issues with JotForms and this needs to be fixed ASAP!

    We have not been able to download today at all, first forms would come up
    as submission 1, 2, 3, etc. we can now see the pt name, but not to
    download, we had problems all day Monday not able to get in to program
    ...
