trouble getting submissions to pull up

    I've cleared cookies, password, etc and we can't get our submissions to pull up.

    Thank you for reaching out. May I confirm that you are currently trying to pull the submission data from Jotform to third party application through integrations?

    If so, please let us know which integration you are trying to use, or do you have an issue downloading your submission data in CSV, PDF format to your local storage? I could not view your submissions on my end as your forms are HIPAA Enabled. Please let us know how you are trying to pull your data from your Jotform account, so we could further assist you on the issue.
