Missing Form Submission Data

I am missing form submission data on multiple forms. I'm getting an error that says decryption process has failed. This is the second time this has happened in the last 3 weeks. Can someone explain to me what it going on with this and why this issue is happening again?

There was an issue with the decryption of HIPAA forms and it has been fixed. Could you check if you are facing any issues with your submissions page now?
