Forms not showing up after being submitted

We had some forms submitted overnight and when we go to look at them there is nothing there. I have attached a screenshot.

Any ideas or help?

FYI there are required fields on this form so they were not able to just submit it without filling anything out. I also got an e-mail showing that fields were filled out, but they are not showing when I log in to get the form printed.
