HOW CAN I GET PATIENTS RECEIVING AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL AFTER FILLING THE FORM

    cAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO HAVE THE PATIENT GET AN EMAIL THAT WE RECEIVED HIS OR HER FORM. i DID IT BUT IT GETS EMAILED TO ME NOT THE PATIENT. i NEED HELP WITH THAT PLEASE.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. I looked into your form " Boyt Drugs COVID Vaccine Consent/Appt Form" and it seems Autoresponder email is set up correctly.


    I also cloned your form and did a test submission to see if I could receive an Autoresponder email, and it seems Autoresponder email is working on my end. May I confirm that you are using free email address such as Gmail and Yahoo mail, or you are using email address with your company domain? The domain email could be filtering out our automated emails. If you do not see emails from us, please check spam folder to see if you could find them there or try to whitelist our domains to see if you could receive it.
