is there anyway i can start a new table, I have a client starting a new sale and don't want to confuse the two separate orders.

Hi yes, I want to have a second sale with the same items, but want to start a new table so I can keep the previous orders separate from the new ones. Can I copy the current table and make a clean new one and then delete the ones that have orders already when I am done with that?

You can then add/delete any entry you would like in that table.
