    First and foremost, we are extremely sorry about the inconvenience you have been experiencing.

    These weeks we have some temporary issues with our HIPAA servers due to the COVID-19 Vaccination process, I have updated our developers about your problem and as I know they are currently under the maintenance of those issues.


    As per my information - the issue should be fixed now. Please, could you confirm if the issue solved now?
