    Hello,

    I am not seeing errors in this form but it gets stuck at 'please wait'. I have successfully submitted one with my own data. I tried this client's data on a fresh submit and it would not work still. Can you tell me why it is getting stuck?

    Kindly note that your form has a payment integration enabled on it as shown below, which means that you can't submit the form without filling the payment field.

    There's a HIDE condition on the form that hides the payment field, as on the session link as shown below.

    Please remove the payment integration, or disable the condition, temporarily to be able to submit the session.
