Created an account, now can't log in

Hello,

I created an account with my google email, then created 2 forms.

All of a sudden it won't let me log in with google, facebook, or my email (it just spins then does nothing) and wont even send me a password reset link. My forms say they have been deactivated when I go to their domains.
