Uable to download the responses

    Good afternoon,

    We are having issues downloading the jotform responses for our new patient forms as well we are missing 2 submissions, 169 and 170 in the list. I have restarted jotform a few times and they still aren't showing.

    Do you have more information on those 2 missing submissions? Are those missing from your Google Sheets? Did you receive the notification for those submissions but those are not displaying on the Form's submissions page?
