I can't log in to my account

    I signed up yesterday using Google and I cannot sign in today.

    Hi there,

    I see that your account is active and in Good Standing: thought you've signed in using Google, you will need to request a password for the Jotform website. You can do this by using the Forgot Password link when you're going to sign in.

    I’ve tried that and not gotten an email to reset my password.

    Hello! Jordan! Google Signin is working fine at our end. Can you try logging in from a different browser instead?

    Also, regarding the email issue; can you please check your Inbox's SPAM folder?
