We are inquiring about SAT/prep tutoring centers, do they qualify for the educational discount?

I'd like to also get some clarification about the free account and about the limit of 10 payment submissions. Does this mean that every unique payment counts as a payment submission?

You can submit your educational discount application on this page https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/. Our team will review your application, and the approval takes 24-48hrs. Once you are approved, you should receive a separate email with links to our non-profit prices. You can upgrade through the links given or go to our pricing page.

Kindly note that a Payment Submission is a submission received through a form with a payment integration/gateway such as PayPal, Stripe, etc. The monthly limit of 10 payment submissions is dedicated to Free accounts. If you wish to receive more than 10 payment submissions per month, you will need to upgrade your account.
