Make a contract

Good Evening,

I am emailing you today to get some advice on a contract we need to make. We are an Influencer's management team / PR agency that deals with influencer with all different platforms sizes. We help these influencers with their growth on their account and how to grow into a bigger talent. We also help them get collaborations and advice on getting them. However we had a previous contract and it wasn't good enough so we are looking to make a better one. We offer an exclusive contract but I am not to sure where I can find a good enough template to work from.
