hi everybody :-)
i'm a confused a little bit because i had two pending submissions, i also completed them by hand, but there has no payment arrived in my paypal account. so is it because you are able to fill out the form, but then close the redriect to paypal before paying?
Or do you have to set every payment on a "done" list for beeing completed?

A submission is marked as pending when the payment for that transaction is not completed, i.e., the submitter closes the Paypal page or wasn't able to provide correct Paypal login details or his account doesn't have enough funds. Whenever a user submits, you will receive a pending submisison in your Jotform account. The pending mark will be removed only if the user pays successfully for the said transaction.
Also, a notification email will only be sent after the payment is completed. Otherwise, you will not receive any emails at all.
