Account Suspended

    Good afternoon Support Team,

    My account was suspended and I read were I messed up. The Credit Card form I created asked for too much information. Please let me know how to rectify the problem so I can be in compliance with Jotform rules and regulations.

    I will have to take off the DL # and code, just request number and expiration date for my records.

    Hi there,

    Your account was suspended due to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/210154480169048 collecting credit card information.

    Please take note that collecting credit card details using regular forms is against our terms of use.

     we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available on our platform in order to integrate them into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    In order for us to reactivate your account, we will have to remove the guilty form. Please let us know if you agree with our terms so we can proceed.
