    How can I get the appointment response/thank you to confirm the date/time?

    To clarify, would you like the user to confirm the chosen date, or would you like to receive the appointment response?

    If you wish to receive the appointment response, you may consider adding a Notification email which will automatically be sent to you each time a submission is made.

    If you wish for your user to confirm the chosen date, you may consider adding an Autoresponder email and customize the content, asking for confirmation.
