HIPAA Account: How to uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files."?

    Hi,

We're trying to uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files." under the Privacy Settings so that our clients can view the attached/uploaded documents via the notification email and not have to use one of our sub-user accounts or have the client bother with logging in. However, the 4 "Require" settings are all grayed-out. Any idea why we can't change those settings?

I looked up Forum topics on the subject and found out that's where to change this particular setting. However, nothing was mentioned about what to do if the options are grayed-out.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn off the options in HIPPA account due to security reasons.

As a workaround, you will have to log in to your account to view the submissions.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Best regards,
