    IP address may be blocked..

    Hi,

    I have managed to login to our account from another geographical location however still cannot log in from our office when we are on IP 122.150.182.109. The reason may be that your server has blocked our IP for some reason.

    Would you please check this out and let us know the outcome. We urgently need to be able to work from our office location rather that the current situation where we have to go to another location to work in our JotForm account.

    Since we cannot log in from our office can you please respond by sending a copy of your answer to webulosity@icloud.com

    Hello Nic,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I have whitelisted your IP address (122.150.182.109). Please ensure that your firewall is not blocking your access to JotForm. It could be an issue of the network you are using, you can try to reset/restart your router.

    Please try to access jotform.com again after clearing the browser cache data. This guide should help you clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Hi,
    The whitelisting for 122.150.182.109 hasnt solved the problem.
    Have cleared the cage over an over again - it something we do all the time as we are web designers
    I have rebooted our router but issue remains.
    Our Router IP is 10.10.0.1 - maybe that is the IP that is blocked?

    The IP address "10.10.0.1" seems to be a private IP for your local LAN. Please check your current IP address by going to the following URL : http://whatismyipaddress.com/

    Hi Nick,

    I have whitelisted the IP Address including the one from your account and some sort of the IP Range. Can you please again? Make sure to clear your browsers cache again. Also try logging in to www.jotformpro.com (for paid users).

    Hi,
    Thanks - I can open and login through jotformpro.com which is great but jotform.com still times out and doesnt open.. Hope you can find a solution for this

    Hi Nick,

    Can also try use ping command on your terminal.

    Try to command 'ping www.jotform.com'  -- check if there is any packet lost.

    I am assuming you could be using Mac, you can check this guide on how to ping on Mac.

    Hi Nick,

    In addition to my colleague, we basically owns a different domain for each specific region. We recommend our domain www.jotform.co for our customers located in Australia. The issue with accessing www.jotform.com is maybe because of the restrictions. Kindly try the suggested domain and check if the makes a difference. Please let us know for the results as well.
