I've tested the autoresponder multiple times with different email address that I have and I can't get anything to go through. Why is this happening?

We apologize for the inconvenience.
I noticed that you had used a custom email as a Reply-to Email in Autoresponder Email. Please add your personal email as a sender email address in your account by following this guide: How to Set up SMTP for a Form.
Or you can change the Reply-to Email to default noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com.
