Account suspended

    Hello,

    I can't seem to sign in to my account anymore. Can you help me please? I have clients submitting answers to forms and I need to be able to access that data.

    I am part of a legitimate company that creates SSOs for clients. I suspect these SSO forms are causing concern, but we do need to have a way to collect this information in a secure manner, and I was hoping JotForm could help with that. I have other forms I need to access also that don't ask for such sensitive information but I am also locked out of those.

    I appreciate your help and attention. I am happy to answer any questions you have about my forms.

    Hi there,

    Your account is currently suspended, the reason why you can't access it at the moment. I have forwarded your account to our reviewer team so they can further evaluate it.

    I'll get back to you via this ticket once I got an update from them.

    Hi there,

    As per checking your account, it was suspended due to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/210418136733147 asking for Login credentials.

    Please take note that collecting login credentials is against our terms of use.

    In order for us to reactivate your account, we will have to remove the faulty fields.

    Please let us know if you agree with our terms so we can proceed in removing the field and reactivating your account.

    Thank you for the quick response. I apologize for violating your ToS. That was certainly not my intention. Yes you can remove those fields.
    Are you able to share the copy of those questions with me after you remove them? This is just so I can follow up using other means.

    I'm quite not sure what copy are you looking for, though I've already provided a screenshot earlier. Can you please confirm if that's what you're looking for before I remove the field and reactivate your account.

    The fields that triggered the suspension were removed, then the account was reactivated.
