Hello I use JotForm for client files. I love that I can add photos and when my client comes back I can edit and add more information, I am having an issue with one submission (hopefully is only one since I haven’t checked the others)
I see the submission I want to edit, however, when o click the edit button to add more info it is no longer there.... I can only see that specific submission on my phone not in my MacBook.... I am including the Snapshots taken from my phone...
I am concerned because I use JotForm on a daily basis.
please advise.

Hi Raquel, thank you for reaching us.
To clarify, did you access from Mobile Form App? If that's the case, could you kindly try to delete and install the application again?
Let us know if it makes any difference.
