Images not coming through

    So i realized that the images that clients submit in this form do show up when I look at them through Jotform itself but when I click the link in the email I get the error page. I there a way for me to fix this so i can see the client's images when I view the form from my email?

    The issue you are having could be related to the Privacy Settings of your account.

    It's possible that your account is set to require log-in to view files uploaded through your form.

    You can find the Privacy Settings of your account on the Settings page of your account.
