I am having issues with automated emails not displaying images. I have attached a screenshot showing what arrives.
I have tested the results in Mail (macOS) and Outlook365, and receive the same result.
Thanks for your help!!

Hi bdphifer, thank you for reaching us.
I have cloned your form and was able to recreate the issue. To confirm, did you attached the image in the Autoresponder email via URL? This usually happened when we attached an image by entering a URL instead. Kindly try to upload your image from the computer.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I had originally uploaded it from my computer since it is not an image that exists on the internet for me to use a URL. I also used it on the form itself.
Thanks!

Greetings,
Did you try what my colleague suggested to you? Do you need more help?
Thanks,

There is no URL-based image for me to be working with. I have always been using an uploaded image. It still is not working.

Hi bdphifer, thank you for confirming with us.
Could you kindly try to delete the current autoresponder email and add a new autoresponder email? Kindly try to upload the logo again from your computer. The issue seems to be fixed after I delete, add and upload the new logo on my end.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That worked!!
Do you know if it was just something in my original email, or is that something that just happens?
Thanks for your responses!

The previous autoresponder email might have been corrupted - or if you have edited the source code of the emails, the HTML structure might have accidentally modified which renders some elements in the email to not function as intended.
As a foolproof solution, we recommend creating a new template instead.
