Using Prepopulation on a Jotform to Identify Employees with different generated link

    Hi there,

    Is it possible to create a set of office forms for staff in our office to use and have each staff member have their own unique link to the form so that responses from customers from that link only come to that staff member and not all staff?

    If so, it would be great to know how to action this.

    Hi Mark,

    You can only achieve this with pre-population (every employee will have a different URL) as your customer directly fills the form. Kindly follow the steps below:

    1) Click Add Form Element and place a Short Text element into your form. Name it as you wish,

    2) Click on that element and click the gear button (Properties), open the Advanced tab, and switch the Hide Field option to On,

    3) Under Field Details, you'll see the unique name of that field, which will be used for pre-populating that field once a customer opens the form.
