Is there a way to organise payment via bank transfer?

No money has been taken out from our account and we have not received a tax invoice for our purchase of the bronze package. We are a NFP organisation and cannot regulary use someones credit card. Is there a way to organise payment via bank transfer? Thanks

I did check your account and found that the payment for your bronze yearly payment is still pending.

You can pay through purchase order payment method. Please send the PO to jim@jotform.com our support manager, and then we will send an invoice associated with your PO along with payment instructions.
