    Hello -

I am trying to connect coupons created in Stripe to Jotform. However, I do not see the text field where the visitor should be typing in their coupon code on the Jotform. Seems like this field is missing or hidden. Could you please let me know if I am missing something?

    Thank you!

    Dawn

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Indeed, there is no option for users to add the coupon.

I see you are only fetching stripe coupons but not the subscription.

As a workaround, to be able to have more control of your payment details within JotForm, I suggest creating the coupons directly from JotForm instead.

Hello Vanessa, thank you for the response.

I would like the coupons to be fetched directly from the Stripe account so that my client can put their own coupons into Stripe, as they are unfamiliar with working in Jotform. Does that not work even though there is an option to fetch coupon from Stripe account? They put the coupon in on their end, and I do see Stripe is pulling it, but doesn't automatically show a "coupon code field" on the form for the user to type in the coupon(s).

Also, what is the difference between fetching the subscriptions from Stripe over having the subscription options on Jotform?

    Thank you,
    Dawn

    Greetings,

I will be creating a feature request ticket to our developers for possible implementation.

Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users.

But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

    Thank you. Regards.

    Greetings,

Regarding "what is the difference between fetching the subscriptions from Stripe over having the subscription options on Jotform?"

I.e. Let's say your magazine site sells subscriptions, and you want to allow users to make payments periodically, but you don't want to bother them to come back to your site and fill out the form each month. You need recurring payments from users. You can set the subscription option on Jotform.

Please note that unfortunately for Stripe integrations, there is no way to set the start and end dates with Stripe subscriptions. Stripe will charge your customers on the same day as they were originally subscribed to the plan. Subscriptions can be canceled from your Stripe dashboard.

Fetch subscriptions from the given Stripe account will override your JotForm subscriptions that you have created.

    I hope that helps.
