Dividing Form Fields Into Different Sections in PDF Editor That Are Specified in Form Builder

    I need to use sections in my form to break up the form and for conditional logic. However, the form submittal results do not include the section heads. Is it possible to include those? My goal is to save the pdf to attach elsewhere so the filled in information is easily available. Since we want to use one for to include multiple categories, we need to pdf to display those section headings. Any guidance you can provide would be a great help. Thanks much.

    Hi ellengerhard,

    You can use PDF Editor to have more flexibility on your PDF template. In the screencast below, I was able to divide questions into different sections by placing Header elements from the left panel (Add Element). You can also download the PDF documents by clicking the green download button on the top right of the page.

    This is your form which I cloned to my account and worked on the PDF Document you'd created before:
