Refund Bronze Annual Plan

I didn’t know that the annual fee will be taken out of my account today $288 and I haven’t used jot forms since i got it. I want to unsubscribe and would like a refund.. I didn’t choose to annually subscription.

Your annual subscription renews itself once 1-year period is over, and continues until you cancel it manually. I checked your account history and refunded the amount $288.00, and also cancelled your active annual subscription. You'll no longer be charged automatically. The amount you'd paid will be refunded by your bank in 7-10 job days. Thank you for contacting us.
