I have deleted some submissions because I reached the limit of that. Now I don't have sumissions. How can I get back my form?

It looks like you have exceeded your storage limit that's why your account and forms were disabled. I have reactivated your account but please note that I can only do this once. The next time it happens, I will not be able to reactivate your account anymore. You'd have to either wait for the next month when your limits refreshes or upgrade to a Premium or Professional subscription to enjoy continuous service.
