submission dont reach the dedicated e-mails

Morning,
thanks for your support.
I notice that some submission were not received in inbox (e-mail).
based on attached document, you can see that SOCIETE field is blank somewhere. this submission dont reach the dedicated e-mails.
how can we fix this issue.
