    submission dont reach the dedicated e-mails

    Morning,

     

    thanks for your support.

     

    I notice that some submission were not received in inbox (e-mail).

    based on attached document, you can see that SOCIETE field is blank somewhere. this submission dont reach the dedicated e-mails.

     

    how can we fix this issue.

    Please is not the same thread. the other one is related to the submission received empty.
    this one is for request not received in mailbox.
    plse help on this
