tijdslots weer open zetten na annulering

    Goedemiddag,


    Ik heb een formulier aangemaakt zodat onze klanten online een winkelbezoek kunnen inplannen. Nu heb ik een paar tests gedraaid. Die tijdslots zijn nu bezet. Ondanks dat ik de tests op mijn mobiel eruit heb gegooid, blijven die tijdslots onbeschikbaar. Hoe zet ik deze weer open voor onze klanten? Ook ivm annuleringen van klanten, moeten wij deze weer open kunnen zetten voor andere klanten.

    Ik hoor het graag , bvd!

    Hello,
    Thank you for your mail.
    The problem is not so much the deleting of the submissions. The problem is that after deleting them, the time slots which are connected, are still blocked! Time slots are 10 minutes per day, so I cannot just delete the whole day.
    And:
    I do not have 1 ‘submissions’ box, I have two!!

    Which one should I use, or both?

    And I am getting an error and later on an autoresponder e-mail without (!) date and time:

    Thank you. I think I already managed bij refreshing the page.
    Just 2 more questions:
    1 Can subscribers unsubscribe themselves without viewing all subscriptions in de incoming mailbox?
    2 We have tested our form several times. It seemes that that amount is counted for the total amount of 100 possible subs
    cribers, since we started with a free account. Can that be corrected? We now have 4 official time slots taken by clients.
