Adding budgets/financial breakdowns to a form

    Hi,

We are a charity looking to create an application form and a reporting form for our grants. As well as text boxes, we need people to provide us with information about their financial expenditure and budgetary information. This needs to feature their total grant and an itemised breakdown of their budget/expenditure. As we are an international charity, we would also need it to have space to include different currencies.

I was wondering if there was any way to include this in the form and what plan we would need to choose?

    Many thanks,

    Verity

    Greetings, Verity!

    Thank you for contacting us.

As I understand you correctly - you want to create a Grant application Form with financial fields and a multi-currency option.

Here we have some free Grant Application Form templates:

You can freely edit them and customize them for your needs.

For Example, you can add a Currency picker widget to your form: 👉Currency-picker

    About the pricing:

JotForm is FREE to use. However, you will have limits for Submission receiving, upload space and etc.

We have 3 paid Plans with different limit level: 👉Pricing

For Non-Profit organizations - we have a 50% discount for every plan.

You can apply to get the non-profit status here: 👉Nonprofit

If you have any other questions - feel free to contact us.

We are always happy to help!😊

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for your reply. That's all really helpful.

    If

we are building the form from scratch, is there a way you would recommend to create a table showing a financial breakdown? At the moment we use a Word table where applicants itemise expenditure. Essentially it's 3 columns with totals at the bottom
    .

    Many thanks,

    Verity
