HIPAA: submissions inbox change header

Good Morning,

Our jotform has been loading differently these last couple of days. For example on our PAT Intake form, when families submit their intake information the name shows up on our end of who that paperwork belongs to, but now it’s coming up under submission and a number. How can we get this fixed?

Could you please try changing the Inbox header to Name and see if that changes the header in your submissions.
