Conditional field is not working correctlyAsked by iEdit on November 18, 2013 at 10:06 AM
On our website, under the tab, "Join Our Mailing List", our form doesn't seem to want to follow the conditional rule:
If field " " equals "I also want to get a paper newsletter in the mail at most 3 times a year." then show field "Address".

Thanks for contacting us.
I tested your form that is embeded into your website and I was able to reproduce the issue you described. The Address field is shown even if the option "I also want to get a paper newsletter in the mail at most 3 times a year." is not selected:
But then, I tested the standalone version of your form and it works correctly. So, it could be that your form script is getting in conflict with your website script and that is affecting the behavior of the conditions. So, to resolve that issue please re-ewmbed your form using the iFrame code at this time, please follow the next guide tp know how to get the iframe code: Getting the form iFrame code
I hope that helps. Please let us know if the issue still persists or kindly open a new thread to post unrelated issues.
