I was working on creating a new quiz and got disabled

I was working on creating a new form (quiz) and while doing so my forms got disabled and I am now locked out. Any help would be appreciated.

I just checked that the account was previously suspended reason why you cannot access the forms. It has been reactivated, so you should be able to login now and edit your forms.
