Unable to log in or sign up

Hi I hope you can help.

I have recently linked my jot forms to my website but when my clients are asked to sign in or sign up nothing happens so they cannot compete my forms.

It seems to work for me but not anyone else. Even got my husband to try and it says there is an error when he tried to sign up.

Hi thanks I have found the answer. I hadn’t changed the form from private to public. All good now.
