HIPAA: Showing blank data on Inbox and Tables

    We are having a problem with seeing patients forms through jotform when we check on the desktop. We are able to see forms from checking through our phones, but when we try to view them through the desktop, as stated above, we are not able to. We are asking that this be fixed as soon as possible as it is affecting our business. Thank you.

    To my understanding, you can see the submission data on your phone but not on the desktop. Is that correct? Are you referring to the Inbox page and Jotform Tables? Is the submission data blank or not loading?

    Yes. We could see the patient name on the phone but not in the inbox page/table on the desktop. Please check and fix the problem.
