Suspended account

Hello I am a massage therapist who owns a massage business where I need intake and consent forms for each client I work with. I tried to log on and it said my account was suspended.

Although, you were not collecting full credit card information(collecting card information goes against our terms), our phishing system flags that type of wording as specious and suspends the account. We had to delete that paragraph field to reactivate your account and avoid auto-suspension.
