Hello,
We currently have one form each from the same submitter in the HIPAA and Appointment Policy/Insurance Protocols folders that have broken signatures. Is there a way to adjust the settings to view these?

You can view signatures if your account is logged in or if you view the submissions through the submissions page of the form: How-to-view-form-submissions. Or, if you want to view signatures via email, that's possible if your account is not HIPAA enabled.
You would need to lift privacy settings in your account, which require a login to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.
