Error with logo (presumably all images)?

good afternoon!

i was just editing my form and noticed the logo at the top was no longer visible (no, i didn't delete it). when trying to upload the logo again, it says it is uploaded but the image is still not visible. when i click on it, it throws a 502 server error. also, none of "my images" are loading when i open that side panel.

any advice? thanks in advance!

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. It could be a temporary issue, I cleared your form caches as well. Can you please test the form using incognito mode and see if the issue persists on your end?
