Background images not showing up in my forms

None of the background images are loading for our forms.
When I upload new images in the form designer, they just show a broken jpeg icon. And, all of my previously used images in the library show broken links as well.

Wow. Same problem here in this form when I try to upload screenshots of the problem.

And, all images seem to be loading correctly again.
