File/image uploads on forms disappeared

    Hello,

    I went onto my jotform this morning to view some reference photos I received from clients, only to see that all of the images and file uploads from all of my submissions have disappeared.

    I get an "error" message when I try to download the images. It was working fine yesterday, I was able to view all the images but now I can only see that they have uploaded something but can't view it.

    This is disappointing because I remember this error from my old account from 2 years ago, but I thought it was just a glitch.

    Please help as this is hugely effecting my business, and I see no point in continuing with Jotform if one of the major features I depend on doesn't even work.

    Just an update:

    I cleared by web browser cache and the files seem to have come back.

    Is this going to be a reoccurring issue? From my understanding, I can keep my files/images on my Jotform and they shouldn't disappear so I can go back to refer to my old submissions, so long as my account storage allows.

    Can someone please confirm this is correct? I would hate for this to be an issue all the time.
    Is there anything I can do on my end to prevent my files from disappearing?

    There was probably an issue with the cache, and clearing the browser's cache is actually the right path to resolution.

    I've checked your form's submission, and all the uploaded images are showing as expected.
