Can't get into account after trying to change password

    I tried to change my password and I thought it worked, but it didn't work. Now I can't get in and am being told to try again in a few hours.

    This is completely unacceptable. I'm trying to work with my web designer to get the forms together and this made it impossible to do. In all the years of working with various software and websites I have never once been sent a message to try again in a few hours. If This is the best you have, I want my money back.

    I have checked and found a paid account linked to the email address you are contacting us from.
