Approvals and Apps

Greetings! A colleague and I are evaluating JotForms hoping to get our management to approve procuring the enterprise edition. Since there are no trial versions of that, we have created free accounts. The other day, my colleague Anaisha Juarez ajuarez@icma.org told me that when she signed on to JotForm she got a notice about a new Approvals function. Approval and workflow are areas we are interested in. Anaisha built a nice instance of approvals, just the sort of colorful diagrams that managers love to see.

In addition to "My Approvals", she also has "My Apps" but I only see forms, reports, and tables. What's the scoop? I looked through the user guide and don't see anything on point.
