Unable to upload mp3 data.

I've been trying to trouble shoot for a couple days. My problem is that I have been receiving pdf form of the artist' info but when they try to add an mp3 file it doesn't actually upload to the server.

I was able to add conditional formatting to where they cant proceed to submit if the mp3 field is empty, but that only help with confusing rather than the upload itself

When I tried, My text fields work, the link works, and the error messages work. But when I choose an mp3 file it does nothing. It does not upload the data to the server, and the mp3 is not being transferred to my cloud because the data isn't present.

I dont know why its not doing anything when someone selects a file to upload from their device.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. You can see in my screenshot that the mp3 file was uploaded to my tables.
