I need to add {test} literal {} into email content

I need the literal "{}"

to be in the email reply to my service after a customers fill out a form

Is there a way to write {} that will make it appear in the email and not be a variable

I cloned and tested your form, and I noticed that you can actually add curly braces '{}' into your Notification - Autoresponder Emails, and they'll be visible as long as it is not wrapping unique name of any form field.
