    I need the literal "{}"

to be in the email reply to my service after a customers fill out a form

Is there a way to write {} that will make it appear in the email and not be a variable

    Hi xcitemedia,

I cloned and tested your form, and I noticed that you can actually add curly braces '{}' into your Notification - Autoresponder Emails, and they'll be visible as long as it is not wrapping unique name of any form field.

This is how my curly braces look under Email Content (Settings > Emails):

This is the actual email content I received:

    1614325706_6038a7caef9ac_

Kindly give it a try and let us know if you encounter any issues.
