Form submissions - google drive

    Hi team,

    I am trying to figure out a way to have all submissions from a test form ("Personalise Your Order PDF TESTING") automatically sync into google drive with the attachments and the pdf generated being split into separate folders.

    Currently this is syncing sucessfully into MY Drive > Submission Name > 2 separate files (see attachment). I want this to go into My Drive > Notes, and My Drive > Photos depending on whether they had an attachment or not.

    Is there an easy way to do this? Optimally we would end up with 2 folders full of all of the current submissions to be printed.

    Alternatively if we can get all of the pdfs generated to be under My Drive > submissions folder (no subfolders) I can use Zapier to get any files uploaded into a different folder.
