    I am getting the following message when I log in. . Except it is 24/7. How can I get into my payments please?

    We received multiple reports from our HIPAA account users with the same error you're encountering. We already alerted our developers, and they're trying to fix or reduce the traffic issue. We will let you know once we have an update or permanent solution.

    Meanwhile, could you please try to clear your browser cookies and cache and check if the issue persists?
